My good friends over a Ski Patrol invited me out to document the behind the scenes of an avalanche control route. Due to such a low snow pack this season, this was the first route out into Mott & Killebrew Canyons. This was a really exciting experience, nothing like the sound of bombs in the morning to make you feel alive. Thanks to patrol of the opportunity.

Check out the highlights from the Nike Chosen event at Heavenly. The Heavenly Terrain Park Crew and Snow Park Technologies built a really diverse feature for the event with lots of different options. Fun morning out shooting the signature run East Bowl at Heavenly. The snow guns and harsh back lit snow made for some interesting and beautiful images. This was a same day edit, shot, edited and posted in 6 hours.

Here is a quick promo I shot and edited for the “unbuckle” Après party at the Tamarack Lodge at Heavenly. Pretty cool to see a ski resort bring this kind of party on mountain. It definitely feels like a scene from a casino dance club.
