Here is a behind the scenes look at the time and effort it takes to build a pro level Terrain park. The guys from the Heavenly Terrain Perk Crew deserve golden shovels!

Check out the highlights from the Nike Chosen event at Heavenly. The Heavenly Terrain Park Crew and Snow Park Technologies built a really diverse feature for the event with lots of different options. The main attraction was the 80 foot gap jump with a perfect Lake Tahoe Backdrop. Shot by Chris Stamey & Aaron Laub. Edited by Chris Stamey.
Fun morning out shooting the signature run East Bowl at Heavenly. The snow guns and harsh back lit snow made for some interesting and beautiful images. This was a same day edit, shot, edited and posted in 6 hours.

Here is a few of my favorite highlights from the Heavenly Holidays event at the village. Awesome night of shooting, a great way to finish 2011 and bring in the new year. Shot and edited by Chris Stamey
Unbuckle at Tamarack from Heavenly Mountain on Vimeo.
Here is a quick promo I shot and edited for the “unbuckle” Après party at the Tamarack Lodge at Heavenly. Pretty cool to see a ski resort bring this kind of party on mountain. It definitely feels like a scene from a casino dance club.
I recently shot and edited a couple summer videos for Heavenly Mountain Resort. New to the mountain is Summer Tubing, a newly designed 500 foot tubing surface with a 65 foot vertical drop. I have to admit it’s a fun little ride, perfect for the kiddies. I had a fun afternoon shooting this little video and used a couple of Go Pro cameras to add some fun shots to the piece.
I also put together a video for Heavenly’s annual mountain clean up day. This is a great event where employee’s get the chance to help clean up the mountain. Lot’s of trash was removed from the mountain, the most popular finds were plastic water bottles, lift tickets and beer bottles. However, people did find some unique items like skis, snowboards, rings, poker chips and digital cameras.
